With an expert panel from business and education, the session will explore and demonstrate how businesses can either collaborate or adopt schemes that are on offer across the region and/or nationally. The event will discuss how to access talent and skills in Leicester and Leicestershire and explore the match between supply and demand. This will include the different pathways to digital skills and the wide range of options available for both learning and recruitment.
A networking event will take place immediately afterwards for those interested in the work of the digital skills partnership. Emphasis will be put on designing, developing and implementing a business strategy that will be addressing and embracing the different routes to career progression and career profiles in Digital. The event will also look into areas such as Data Analytics and Cyber,
informing businesses on the future of the field.
