Fundamental Wellbeing Essentials is a 2-hour mental health and wellbeing awareness course. In this interactive workshop-style course your Fundamental Wellbeing Instructor will look at; what mental health is and how to challenge stigma, an introduction to looking after your own wellbeing, and practical ways to help someone who might be struggling.
The affects of the pandemic are widespread. We all have mental health and many of us have struggled with a decline in wellbeing over the last few years. Our awareness course is designed to educate and empower people in thinking positively about mental health, with an emphasis on preventative measures, recognising signs of decline in wellbeing and how we can practically manage them.
