The Help to Grow: Management course is for senior managers and owners, delivered by Leicester Castle Business School and industry experts. In this short session, DMU’s Dr Dyneshia Johnson will show the difference the course has made to SMEs, introduce some of the topics covered on the programme such as leading change, innovating and employee engagement, as well as introducing its new Alumni Network of SMEs.
The purpose of this session is to provide information about the benefits of the course for local business community. We will cover the eligibility criteria, course content information to encourage business leaders to develop their bespoke growth plan.
