'How to get yourself a team of confident First Aiders!' is a two-hour workshop opportunity where Leicestershire's number one independent First Aid Training provider, SkillBase First Aid, will showcase First Aid in the workplace and why it need not be a 'Tick Box' exercise.
First Aid gained through employment is proven to help save lives both in and out of the workplace, providing the opportunity to step in with confidence should an emergency happen.
This event promises to educate on the benefits of workplace First Aid in a fun and engaging way, and crucially, show how we teach confidence, not just competence on all our courses!
If you are an employer, decision maker, leader, manager or team supervisor this event is for you! We will also showcase the benefits of learning to teach First Aid through our popular First Aid Instructor programme, as well as sharing the value of supporting your team and having confident First Aiders on site.
The session will include demonstrations, active discussions, and education on not only the features and benefits of First Aid in the workplace but also in the wider community too.
