This seminar is aimed at business owners, accountants, financial advisers and other similar professions, who wish to understand more about using SIPP and SSAS pensions for commercial property purchases.

A look into SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pensions) and SSAS (Small Self-Administered Schemes) for the use of these vehicles to buy or sell a commercial property into them. The tax benefits, growth of the scheme and the main benefits will also be discussed along with the legal aspects of the purchase.

An insight into SIPP and SSAS pensions and the types of properties which could be purchased or sold by a pension scheme. The use of case studies to illustrate the mechanics, tax advantages and long term benefits of owning a commercial property, as well as a look at the legal structure of purchase/sale in the scheme.

This seminar includes a networking session for the business community to meet and the opportunity to grow collaborative relationships, whilst learning about a pension-specific subject. It will focus on a deeper understanding of SIPP and SSAS pensions being used in a practical way with property purchase and will offer business professionals the chance to ask questions of two expert speakers in a learning B2B environment.

    • With over 25 years experience in commercial property transactions, Beverley works in a team that assists clients in transferring commercial property into pension schemes and has developed strong relationships with some of the UK’s leading pension advisers and their clients. She acts for pension scheme SIPP and SSAS pensions in the acquisition and disposal of Property but also in Landlord and Tenant transactions bank finance and purchase and sales of property.
